History

Fred Franklin started his surveying career in 1984 in Lakeland, Florida. By 1990, Fred had developed a passion for land surveying and started his own company. In 1991, he moved to Nebraska to raise his family. A few years later, in 1996, Fred started Alpha Land Surveying. ALSM quickly become known for their color maps and expertise in boundary law and legal principles. ALSM has been growing ever since, expandind with offices in Norfolk, South Sioux City, Blair, Omaha and most recently, Tampa FL.

Fred Franklin is currently the Burt County Surveyor. He has also been the Cuming County Surveyor, Thurston County Surveyor, Dakota County Surveyor, and Dixon County Surveyor. ALSM has completed hundreds of projects in West Point, Oakland, Pender, South Sioux City, Tekamah, Wisner, Stanton, Madison, Fremont, Lincoln, Norfolk, Omaha and more.
